Casa Tulipan – Perfect for UNIVA

Casa Tulipan is a house located in a nice area of the city, “Ciudad de Los Niños”, close to a main restaurant/cafes area in town, and with easy transport to Chapultepec one of the main Nightlife areas.

The House has a lot of space for studying, working, reading, chilling; Its also the house of Quique and Renata, Dad/Daughter, very cool people, very into cultural stuff like Music, Theater, Yoga, Handcrafts (they actually travel to Europe to sell Mexican Crafts).

We believe that they will make you feel like home, show you around and take you to places that like a foreigner you will probably like, those that doesn’t appear on the tourist guides.

All of the rooms have a private bathroom, and access to washing machine, weekly cleaning of common areas and all services included.
They even have motorcycles and go-karts for rental (dads business) in case you want to move freely in the city without paying for gas (“electric motorcycles”)

It is perfect if you want to study in Universities like UNIVA, AUTONOMA, UP, but we could say its a good call for any other one because the location is very centric.
